Language and Duration of the Sales Contract
The sales contract is concluded in Polish for the time required to complete the sale. Unless otherwise agreed, the Seller will make the goods available to the Consumer immediately after the contract is concluded.
Complaints Procedure
The Seller must deliver goods free of defects, unless the Consumer was informed of a defect before concluding the contract.
If a defect occurs, the Consumer may assert warranty claims (“rękojmia”) under the Polish Civil Code, including the right to:
demand a price reduction;
withdraw from the contract in case of a major defect;
request replacement with defect-free goods;
request repair of the defect.
Complaints under warranty may be submitted electronically, in writing, or in person at the Store.
To examine a complaint, the Consumer must, at the Seller’s expense, return the defective goods to the Store if necessary.
We recommend including in your complaint: your contact details, a brief defect description, the date you noticed it, and your requested remedy.
Following statutory rules is sufficient; you may—but need not—follow these recommendations without affecting your legal rights.
The Seller will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
